A second loss of water containing uranium was announced dall’ASN, (Autorité de sureté nucleaire) to 10 days from similar losses of Nuclear Power Tricastin.
This time the material has leaked from a plant for producing nuclear fuel in south-east of France Romans sur Isere and reported in Le Monde Evangelia Petit spokesman ASN:
The first analysis shows that there is no environmental impact, since the amount of uranium leak is very low, around a few hundred grams.
