The European Commission is not very convinced of the actions undertaken by Italy, nor the pieces of the amendments added to the decree for waste management, passed the House with 300 votes in favour, 23 against and 200 abstained. The notice came directly from Environment Commissioner Stavros Dimas who received yesterday Guido Bertolaso, Undersecretary of the emergency waste in Campania (here is the audio review).
