Hot air from photovoltaic panels

Didymus is a photovoltaic panel that produces both electricity and hot air. The air that is heated in a space between the panel and the roof, is conveyed in a room of holding “Lost” Forlì for drying.
The farm and educational farm that hosts Didymus produces peaches and apricots that, in addition to being sold fresh and processed into canned food, are dried to preserve and able to consume out of season. The process of drying fruit provides long periods at a temperature of 25 degrees, that temperature is maintained easily even at night, using the hot air circulating under the photovoltaic panels.
The inventor and brevettatore of Didymus, Alessandro Pullini, was also particularly attentive to ease mounting of his work. Didymus incastra on rails is very easy to assemble and maintain. This reduces the danger of the work on the roof, both times assembly, allowing you to reduce costs of photovoltaic.
Didymus owes its name (which means twin) to the contemporary production of two forms of energy: heat and electricity. For each unit of electricity if they derive 3 of heat. In the future Didymus will be used to include drying of herbs production farm.
